US Express Moving Systems Inc

I used US Express Moving for a cross country move from NYC to LA. While my property was being stored at their warehouse, they neglected to put a significant number of items on the truck, so I was missing a lot of my belongings in LA. I have been in LA for 3 weeks now and I have not received one call from US Express Moving explaining the whereabouts of my belongings. After spending almost $9K with this company, I certainly expected a higher level of service. However, once they were paid in full they completely washed their hands clean of this entire incident despite my continued efforts to speak with a manager there. Everytime I reach out they are either on another call, out to lunch, or on a client visit. Moving is already a stressful event, but this company has only amplified the stress factor for me. I can not advise enough to avoid this company if you looking for a professional, courteous moving company.

Our move went down pretty awesome. From the primary phone conversation I realized our belongings would be in good hands. Jake, the salesman, gave me full support and enquired about many issues. They sent a gentleman to make the inventory. He made a thorough list of all items those were going to be moved. He gave us a reasonable quote maintaining a courteous and professional manner. I hoped all movers would be as like he was and making me right US Express Moving Systems sent three skilled and friendly crews on moving day. They performed an impeccable service for us with no defect in either parts of moving (load and delivery). I noted their name with top most priority as mover.

As all moves go, I was quite nervous about the move, hoping all would go well, while trying to save money. I had the pleasure of dealing with Anna, who was so gracious and anxious to help me with the move. I trusted her completely. Also, on the day of the move, the two gentlemen i had were so wonderful. They arrived promptly on time and started working ASAP. They never stopped once in the 4 hours that they were with us. The two gentlemen, Steve and Alex were hard working, pleasant, did not complain (had to take the stairs in some cases because elevator was so small, and very efficient. Truly, I have moved my kids many times over the years and i would guarantee that you would not be disappointed with US Express Moving Systems, particularly Steve and Alex. I know how stressful moving can be and these two people worked very hard and were so pleasant. Thank you to Anna, Steve and Alex for a wonderful experience. Worth every penny

I chose US Express Moving Systems for my packing and moving because of their excellent customer service and great reviews. I only had a two-hour window for the elevator in my condo and they managed to get everything finished way ahead of schedule. The movers were so professional, respectable and presentable (all five of them!) and showed up right on time, carefully packing each piece of furniture and then unpacking and assembling everything where it needed to go. It was a totally stress-free experience.

When my 89-year-old mother had to move from her 11th floor condominium in a bit of a hurry due to restrictions on elevator use, I wasn't sure I'd be able to get the help we needed on very short notice. While other movers did call me back, US Express Moving Systems was the only company that really seemed to sympathize with our situation and worked very hard to get me the packing, moving and storage solution that we so urgently needed. The packing crew and moving crew were not only careful and professional, but were really nice people as well! Throughout the day, they offered friendly words of support and encouragement while they worked which really helped with what would otherwise have been a very stressful situation.

We were so happy to book US Express Moving Systems for a second time during the renovations of our home. The main reason we used them again is due to Anna. She really goes above and beyond. From booking and scheduling with Anna to the amazing guys who moved us - we could not have asked for better. Anna was so caring, efficient and helped us during a very stressful move. She even accommodated my last-minute request. The guys were fast, careful and moved all our items under the allocated time. We highly recommend them and you will not be disappointed.

The movers, Joey and Eddie and additional 2 movers were great. They worked non-stop until everything was load moved and unloaded. They were very careful with our stuff, ensuring that nothing was scratched or damaged. They also were able to pack a lot of stuff into the truck that we forgot to even mention. We then called US Express Moving Systems again to move the stuff from self storage unit and received the same excellent service. Thanks for a great experience, we love you.

I called and spoke to several moving companies for my upcoming move and was pretty nervous since we were moving across the country. We had one company no show, when we finally found US Express Moving Systems. Our quote was under what we had quotes from other moving companies and when we agreed it was time to move. We were impressed by their level of service and commitment that we appreciated that they respected our belongings. I had some antiques I was nervous about but they handled them really well. We got our stuff exactly as we planned and didn't have all the stress of worrying about it all as our family took the trip. We were really happy with our overall experience with these movers and have already recommended them a few times.

On the phone, the receptionists was extremely polite and helpful. Sandra seemed to be very experienced in this field, because she walked me through every detail of my move, step by step. After we had discussed all of the logistics, a thorough price estimate was given based on items, and their estimated weights, miles traveled, and which truck we would be using. Of course the cost would be covered by the military, but it was still very convenient that they gave me a receipt of the transaction, and took the liberty of sending the bill. They obviously had been working with the military long enough to know how these moves work.

US Express Moving Systems got the job done very promptly and was very surprised they actually got it cleaned. Very excellent work, on their part. Not only is their work ethic gold but they had an amazing attitude towards everything. The attic situation was a hard job but they got it done with an enthusiastic approach to the job. Never heard a complaint coming from them. Their dedication to the job, ability to work as a team, and commitment to making certain I was satisfied from what they showed up until the last piece of household goods was loaded.

The movers at US Express were lightning fast yet incredibly careful with my belongings. I was honestly amazed at how efficiently they handled my long-distance move—it was completed ahead of schedule without any hiccups. Every item arrived in perfect condition, not a single scratch or dent. The team was professional, courteous, and clearly experienced. It's rare to find such a combination of speed and attention to detail. Truly an impressive crew that I would recommend to anyone planning a move!

The guys relieved me from the primary contact to the end of the move. I could not move without their great help. They enjoyed their job. US Express Moving Systems sent three skilled persons along with a supervisor. All four US Express Moving Systems folks have been talented with the top most skill at their respective work. They entered our house with a smiling face and got right to work saying hello. The crews finished wrapping, put into boxes and stacked onto the twenty six fit long trucks perfectly. There was enough room in the truck to accommodate our household. I just watched their job like I was watching a movie. Every single task was accurate. My belief got stronger when they timely reached to deliver. There was no problem at all. I moved several times in the past but no mover was like the US Express Moving Systems. I wish them the best of luck.

The people from the moving company my employer hired to move my household goods (not US Express Moving Systems) were a bit lazy, and left quite a few items in the garage that I didn't ask to be put there. I hired US Express Moving Systems to relocate these items from the garage to the appropriate locations. The two young gentlemen who arrived to carry out this chore were efficient and courteous. They took excellent care to protect our floors, and put everything exactly where desired. And they didn't bang up the inside of the house, like that other unnamed moving company did. I would not hesitate to hire US Express Moving Systems again, if the need should ever arise.

These movers really know their stuff! US Express Moving handled my antique furniture with white-glove care, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, their team was professional, courteous, and incredibly careful with every piece. I was so relieved that nothing was scratched or damaged during my interstate move. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. They’re worth every dollar, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others!
